Subscriptions, Cancellations & Refunds
How a JOIN SHEET subscription is billed, how to stop renewal, and where to request a refund. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.
1. What you purchase and who sells it
A paid JOIN SHEET plan provides the features and limits described on the Pricing page for the selected billing period. It is access to the browser service, not ownership of the software or an unlimited processing-capacity guarantee.
For a Paddle order, the Paddle entity identified at checkout sells the subscription as an authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle administers the payment transaction; AkatsukI LLC supplies the product and handles technical support. The purchase disclosures and applicable Paddle Buyer Terms and Refund Policy apply alongside our product terms.
2. Price, billing period, and renewal
Review the selected monthly or annual plan and the final amount, currency, taxes, and billing interval displayed at checkout. An annual plan is billed for the annual period, even when the Pricing page also shows a monthly equivalent for comparison. A discount or trial applies only if it is expressly offered for your purchase.
Check the access period and whether checkout specifies a one-time or recurring payment. Only recurring subscriptions renew until canceled. An offer expressly sold as a one-time 1-year pass is charged once and expires after one year without auto-renewal.
Using Free features or receiving complimentary Pro access does not create a paid subscription or authorize automatic charges. A complimentary grant may have its own expiry date, shown in My account.
3. Access after payment
Sign in to the JOIN SHEET account used for the purchase. Pro access is applied after the payment and subscription status are verified; closing checkout or seeing a completion message alone is not proof that the account has been updated.
If a completed payment is not reflected, check My account and use any displayed access-recovery option. Avoid purchasing again while the first charge is unresolved. Send your purchase email and transaction or support reference to contact@joinsheet.com so we can investigate the access issue.
4. How to cancel a subscription
For an ordinary end-of-period cancellation, renewal stops and access continues until the confirmed end of the paid period. Check the effective date in the confirmation. An immediate termination or refund may have a different effect on access.
Signing out, deleting source files, clearing browser data, or deleting a JOIN SHEET account does not cancel a Paddle subscription. Complimentary Pro access is not a paid subscription and has no recurring payment to cancel.
- Open My account while signed in to the purchasing account, then use the subscription-management or cancellation button to open Paddle’s controls.
- If you cannot sign in or the button is unavailable, use the subscription link in your Paddle order email or visit paddle.net for buyer support.
- Complete the cancellation in Paddle and keep its confirmation. Opening the portal, closing checkout, or sending an unfinished form is not a completed cancellation.
5. Refund eligibility and policy
JOIN SHEET’s additional refund offer: request a refund within 7 days of each payment and receive a full refund of that charge if there is no server-recorded Save results click during the paid access period covered by it.
This offer does not limit applicable Paddle refund policies or decisions, or mandatory withdrawal and refund rights. More protective or non-waivable rights take priority.
6. How to request a refund
For our additional offer, 7 days means 168 hours from payment completion, checked against Paddle’s transaction record. We use the time you first communicate the refund request to JOIN SHEET or Paddle, not the time it takes to process it. Different time-limit rules required by law or applicable Paddle policy take priority.
- Use the support link in your Paddle receipt or the refund-request route at paddle.net. You can also email contact@joinsheet.com. JOIN SHEET will review the request and help arrange processing through Paddle where needed.
- Include the purchase email, payment date, amount and currency, and any transaction reference you have. You can submit a request before finding all payment details. Describe any error or duplicate charge. Do not send source files, cell data, passwords or full card numbers.
- You do not need to wait for troubleshooting and risk missing a refund or withdrawal deadline. Keep your email and request reference, and follow up on the same request if you have not received a response.

7. Failed payments, receipts, and changes
Use Paddle’s buyer controls for payment-method updates, receipts, and order-related questions. A failed renewal can affect Pro access. Check both the payment status and the subscription status rather than assuming that a failed charge has canceled the subscription.
Changing a payment method is not a cancellation, and a refund request should not be assumed to stop future renewal. When requesting a refund, confirm separately whether the subscription should also be canceled. Never send passwords, one-time codes, or a full payment-card number to support.
