Refund Policy

How to request a refund for a JOIN SHEET purchase, which conditions apply, and how to contact support.

On this page

1. Refund abuse: access restrictions and legal action

Submitting false information or manipulating transactions to abuse the refund process is prohibited.

If such misconduct is confirmed, we may restrict access to the service or take necessary legal action under our Terms of Service and applicable law.

Normal use of the service and legitimate refund requests are not abuse. This notice does not limit our full refund within 14 days or your statutory consumer rights.

2. Full refunds within 14 days

Request a refund within 14 days of each payment for an unconditional full refund of that charge. The same policy applies to all payment types below.

First monthly payment
Request within 14 days of payment for an unconditional full refund.
One-time 1-year pass
Request within 14 days of payment for an unconditional full refund. A one-time 1-year pass does not renew automatically.
Automatic renewal payment
Request within 14 days of each renewal payment for an unconditional full refund of that renewal charge.

3. Requests after 14 days and consumer rights

This policy does not limit applicable Paddle refund policies or decisions, or mandatory withdrawal and refund rights. More protective or non-waivable rights take priority. Requests after 14 days can still be made under applicable Paddle policies and statutory refund rights.

Remedies for non-delivery or material defects, correction of duplicate or incorrect charges, and lawful payment-dispute rights are also unaffected.

4. How and when to request a refund

Request a refund within 14 days of the payment date shown in Paddle’s transaction record. We use the time you first communicate the refund request to JOIN SHEET or Paddle to determine whether it is within the window. Verification or processing time after receipt does not make a timely request late. More favorable time-limit rules under applicable law or Paddle policy take priority.

  • Use the support link in your Paddle receipt or the refund-request route at paddle.net. You can also email contact@joinsheet.com. Requests received by JOIN SHEET are also handled through Paddle for refund processing.
  • To help locate your payment, include the purchase email and any transaction reference, payment date, amount, and currency you have. You can submit a request before finding all payment details. Do not send source files, cell data, passwords, or full card numbers.
  • You do not need to wait for troubleshooting and risk missing a refund or withdrawal deadline. Keep your email and request reference, and follow up on the same request if you have not received a response.

5. Refund processing and cancellation

For requests within 14 days, we refund the full amount actually paid for that charge without a separate JOIN SHEET refund fee. Refunds for Paddle orders are processed through Paddle, using the original payment method where possible. Applicable Paddle policies and law determine processing deadlines; the time funds appear on your statement can also depend on the payment provider.

Canceling auto-renewal stops a future payment and is separate from refunding an existing charge. Do not assume that requesting a refund has canceled the next renewal; check the confirmed subscription status. A one-time 1-year pass has no auto-renewal to cancel.

A confirmed refund ends the Pro access covered by the refunded payment. Check the confirmation for the amount and its effect on access and subscription status. We do not separately promise prorated change-of-mind refunds after 14 days, but applicable Paddle policies and legal refund rights still apply.

6. When this policy applies

This policy applies from the time this revision is published on the website. It does not retroactively reduce more favorable promises or legal rights attached to earlier payments.
