1. Price, access period, and renewal
Review the selected monthly or annual plan and the final amount, currency, taxes, and billing interval displayed at checkout. An annual plan is billed for the annual period, even when the Pricing page also shows a monthly equivalent for comparison. A discount or trial applies only if it is expressly offered for your purchase.
Check the access period and whether checkout specifies a one-time or recurring payment. Only recurring subscriptions renew until canceled. An offer expressly sold as a one-time 1-year pass is charged once and expires after one year without auto-renewal.
Using Free features or receiving complimentary Pro access does not create a paid subscription or authorize automatic charges. A complimentary grant may have its own expiry date, shown in My account.
2. Payment completed, but Pro is not available
Confirm that the payment is completed, not just that the checkout window was closed. Check the Paddle receipt and the account you used to start checkout. In My account, review the plan and select ‘Refresh plan details’, not your browser’s reload button.
If access is still missing, keep the payment reference and any support reference shown on screen, and email JOIN SHEET. Do not make another purchase to fix a pending payment. Avoid refreshing a workspace that contains unsaved work.
3. Cancel renewal or delete your account
For an ordinary end-of-period cancellation, renewal stops and access continues until the confirmed end of the paid period. Check the effective date in the confirmation. An immediate termination or refund may have a different effect on access. Canceling a subscription does not refund a completed charge; request a refund separately.
When account deletion completes, account and Pro access end immediately, even if paid time remains. To proceed, open My account, expand Account management and select Delete account. We cancel any renewing Paddle subscription before deleting the account. Refunds remain a separate request under the Refund Policy.
Signing out, deleting source files or clearing browser data does not cancel a Paddle subscription.
If the Paddle management page does not open, check your browser’s popup settings.
- Open My account while signed in to the purchasing account, then use the subscription-management or cancellation button to open Paddle’s controls.
- If you cannot sign in or the button is unavailable, use the subscription link in your Paddle order email or visit paddle.net for buyer support.
- Complete the cancellation in Paddle and keep its confirmation. Opening the portal, closing checkout, or sending an unfinished form is not a completed cancellation.
4. Request a refund
Request a refund through the help link in your Paddle receipt, paddle.net, or contact@joinsheet.com. Include your purchase email address and order reference if available. JOIN SHEET can also investigate product defects or missing access; you do not need to wait for that investigation to request a refund.
Request a refund within 14 days of each payment for a full refund of that charge.
This policy does not limit applicable Paddle refund policies or decisions, or mandatory withdrawal and refund rights. More protective or non-waivable rights take priority.
5. Receipts, duplicate charges, and unfamiliar payments
For receipts, invoices, tax details, or a possible duplicate charge, contact Paddle using the purchase email and transaction reference. Two pending bank entries do not by themselves prove that two payments settled.
If you do not recognize a Paddle charge, use Paddle’s purchase lookup and contact your payment provider promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not share a full card number, security code, password, or one-time code with JOIN SHEET.
Use Paddle’s buyer controls for payment-method updates, receipts, and order-related questions. A failed renewal can affect Pro access. Check both the payment status and the subscription status rather than assuming that a failed charge has canceled the subscription.
Changing a payment method is not a cancellation, and a refund request should not be assumed to stop future renewal. When requesting a refund, confirm separately whether the subscription should also be canceled. Never send passwords, one-time codes, or a full payment-card number to support.
6. Include only the information needed
Provide the purchase email, order or transaction reference, charge date, amount and currency, and a short description of the issue. State whether you need access recovery, cancellation, a refund, or a billing document.
Remove unrelated purchases and personal information from screenshots. We do not need your source spreadsheet to identify a purchase.
7. Complimentary Pro access
Complimentary Pro access is not a paid subscription and has no renewal payment to cancel. If you also have a separate paid subscription, manage that order separately.
Keep the receipt and cancellation confirmation.
8. What you purchase and who sells it
A paid JOIN SHEET plan provides access to the browser service for the selected period, with the features and limits described on the Pricing page. It does not transfer ownership of the software or guarantee unlimited processing capacity.
For a Paddle order, the Paddle entity identified at checkout sells the plan as an authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle administers the payment transaction; AkatsukI LLC supplies the product and handles technical support. The purchase disclosures and applicable Paddle Buyer Terms and Refund Policy apply alongside our product terms.
