- Country, browser and operating-system version, and approximate time of the issue.
- Steps to reproduce, expected result, and exact on-screen message.
- A redacted screenshot with names, IDs, and source values removed.
3. Response targets
We aim to acknowledge ordinary requests within two business days based on Korea Standard Time. Complex technical, privacy, security, or provider investigations may take longer. This target is not a guaranteed resolution deadline.
Statutory privacy and consumer requests are handled within the period required by the applicable law. Paddle’s support timing applies to transactions sold by Paddle.
4. Contact channel and service provider
Contact JOIN SHEET at contact@joinsheet.com for product, account, privacy, or security matters. You can write in English, Korean, or Japanese. Telephone support is not currently offered.
AkatsukI LLC operates JOIN SHEET. Paddle buyer support handles orders sold by Paddle; JOIN SHEET investigates product and access issues.
5. Safe communication
JOIN SHEET support will not ask for your password, one-time code, full card number, or remote-control access to your device. A sender name or email address can be spoofed. If a message is suspicious, open the website yourself and start a new email to the address published here instead of using its links.
Ordinary email is not an approved channel for a confidential source workbook. If we need data to reproduce an issue, create a small sample using made-up values.
6. Follow up or request a review
If you have not received a response, check your spam folder and reply to the same email thread with the original date and any reference. For an unresolved complaint, state the outcome you are requesting and ask for a review. You do not need to start a new paid order or send confidential files to have a complaint considered.
7. Privacy requests
Email contact@joinsheet.com with “[Privacy Request]” and the request type in the subject. Include your name, service email if any, country, request, and a safe way to reply. Do not attach government identification unless we specifically determine that proportionate verification is necessary.
If you act as an authorized agent, explain your authority to make the request. We may ask for additional evidence where required to protect the account or prevent unauthorized disclosure.
You may send a request without being signed in. If you cannot access the original email account, explain that in the request so we can assess another proportionate verification method. Do not post identifying information or documents in a public channel.
8. Privacy request verification and response
We ask for only the verification reasonably necessary for the request and information involved. We will acknowledge and respond within the applicable legal period, explain any lawful extension, and give reasons and appeal or complaint information where required.
Requests are normally free. A lawful fee or refusal may apply to a manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive request, with an explanation.
Our response will explain what we completed, what information we retained and why, and any action needed from you or an independent provider. Deleting an account does not erase legally required transaction or dispute records, immediately remove every backup, or delete files saved on your device.
9. Delete your account
To delete your account yourself, open My account, expand Account management and select Delete account. Review the notice and confirm. We cancel any renewing Paddle subscription before deleting the account; account and Pro access then end immediately. This does not issue a refund or change your rights under the Refund Policy. If you cannot use this option, you can request help by email.
