2. Operator and order seller have different roles
AkatsukI LLC develops and operates the JOIN SHEET application and handles questions about features, product access, and technical faults. Paddle administers the payment transaction for orders it sells, including the associated billing documents.
Use the Paddle entity identified for your specific order, rather than assuming that the JOIN SHEET operator and the order seller are the same company. This division of responsibilities does not remove either party’s own applicable legal obligations.

4. Regions, languages, and local rights
The interface and these information pages are available in English, Korean, and Japanese. A language option is not a promise that paid checkout is available in every country. Purchase availability can depend on the buyer’s location, payment options, and restrictions applied to the transaction.
The rights that apply to a purchase can differ by location and whether the buyer acts as a consumer or a business. This page does not replace transaction-specific notices or legally required regional disclosures. Mandatory protections are not reduced by choosing a different display language.
The translations are intended to explain the same service and conditions. If a wording difference affects your decision, contact us with the page and language so it can be clarified; a translation discrepancy does not remove non-waivable rights.
5. Company inquiries and formal notices
Email contact@joinsheet.com for company, product, privacy, or security questions and identify the subject of your request. For a payment transaction, include only the limited order reference needed to route the inquiry. Do not send confidential spreadsheets, credentials, or complete card details.
Where a law prescribes a particular method of formal notice or service, that requirement continues to apply. The contact information on this page does not restrict access to competent authorities, courts, or lawful dispute-resolution channels.
